THE SAINT MICHAEL PROJECT WITH RUTH AND PAUL

I had an absolute blast shooting this session as a volunteer opportunity for Ruth and Paul. Two good friends near and dear to me for the last 3 years. I met Ruth in choir at our church, ALL SAINTS CATHOLIC CHURCH and we quickly became choir buddies! I have known about this amazing ministry that they have been blessing police officers with for a while now,but thought it was time to get them so GOOD pictures for their ministry! Let me tell you a little bit about their ministry…

THE SAINT MICHAEL PROJECT is a non-profit organization that gives blessed Saint Michael the Archangel medals to law enforcement departments. While law enforcement departments are their main focus,they also give blessed medals to EMT, fire departments, and military servicemen.

Since Paul and Ruth have started this non-profit organization in July of 2016 with the LAKEVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT, they have given away over 13,500 medals to over 160 departments across the U.S.A.

Ruth and Paul have both mentioned that their purpose behind THE SAINT MICHAEL PROJECT is to give medals to all of those who would like to have one. While no medal offers protection itself,it is God who protects through the intercession of St. Michael and his angels. This protection is invoked by faith and prayer. All you have to do is ask for their help. These medals have been blessed by Archbishop Bernard Hebda and generously donated.

What a wonderful organization to be able to photograph and get Ruth and Paul some beautiful pictures for them to add to their new website they will be building soon.
